Themes
Real estate market studies focused on the dynamics over time of key indicators, such as the unit price, time lag, and the gap between asking price and real price. The data was collected through a panel of real estate agents operating in the area under study (the city of Genoa). The studies also assessed the impact of certain green solutions on the market value of residential properties located in the immediate vicinity of the green system. Specifically, the studies focused on green facade systems, roofs, and an urban park. The research also examines real estate demand preferences and supply characteristics in relation to this type of Nature-Based solutions.
